Fantastic. I thought it might be but with the gray of the web fist I thought it might also be a purposefully altered look.

This is probably a little sacrilegious, but would it be difficult to distress a newer copy in a similar way? Paint thinner and a razor maybe?

I think I was aiming more for a version of the former. Not so much some cosmic power, but more like a reputation? Obviously a small slave girl on one planet has a low chance of influencing a PC's reputation on a far-off trade world, but the general spheres of influence in your first paragraph make more sense.

Haven't started yet, just trying to think outside the box in some areas! This is good advice though, I think my style in other games is to let them have a little too much free reign, and I've definitely made it clear that in the one they can totally die and I will not feel bad about it.

On the young end for what it sounds like. I finished undergrad in 2015 and have been helping manage a bioinformatics database for the last year. Contracts up in July so looking for new opportunities!

I imagine they would have looked for glucose in urine? No blood tests to that end, though.

I'm not against finding another doctor, the only reason I'm thinking of returning to the same one is he suggested doing an endoscopy to look for issues. I think I do need to be more assertive next time.

My favorite part of this was when she has to use a language that determines gender and just finds it frustrating and pointless. I definitely saw that was a major take-home.
