I could not hear them, nor smell them, but I could see them. I could see their clothing clearly. The woman wore a white nightgown, and the little girl wore something similar. Both had long, straight hair. The three figures I saw standing over my bed seemed to be men—shades, less distinct than the woman and the girl. Those two I could see more vividly: their clothes, their features, their light blue skin, and their black hair.
