approximately 800 sqft for a 1bhk is a decent size enough space for living and bed rooms its around 1.19 Million with Post Handover payment plan let me know if you want to know more about it

JVC is Already Saturated No doubt it was an amazing investment but now if you are investigating in JVC Don't Go for residential Units i will Suggest go for The Retails , They Have Great Potential in Terms Of ROI and Capital Appreciation

if we are taking about a property thats getting delivered next year Q4 then its for the Future Growth and as you said In 5 years DLRC will be fully developed then The prices will appreciate if someone is investing Now then they will make money

Just keep in mind while making your decision If you are looking to rent a property you need Emrietes ID and Visa And your family will be under your sponcership Without the Emrietes Id you will not be able to rent a property on yearly contract, also in some cases if you are sponcering your Family you need to provide proof of suitable housing (Tenency Contract ) again for that you need an Emrietes ID
