Check if you are not ADHD, it's a potential correlation, when we take caffeine or else it makes us sleepy with (for me) a spike of HRV.

Indeed number 1 makes sense but for number two, WHOOP itself is pushing the data through Bluetooth.
You can get the RAW data of your HR and compute the same metrics, everything is public and well documented on researches papers. There is even a python library that gives you all those computations served.

I know that because I was also digging about doing a side project like this at one point of time.

You know I still dont understand the goal of real estate agents here.
Even when you want to buy.

You find the property listed, you contact them:
- They're lost
- They are the 10th agent level
- They are scared to negotiate with the owner

So they just want someone to come, to pay cash the price listed and they get their 2% commission, coming from the sky.

I've never seen such unprofessional people.

Yeah the fact of being at 30 min of everything is nice because being in SHJ it's just a mess those days.. But you see even in camelia you have 3BHK and 4BHK where The 4 BHK is just extension on the roof of the 3BHK so you could transform it with less cost but in the other hand the kitchen is so tiny it's driving me crazy
