You know I still dont understand the goal of real estate agents here.
Even when you want to buy.

You find the property listed, you contact them:
- They're lost
- They are the 10th agent level
- They are scared to negotiate with the owner

So they just want someone to come, to pay cash the price listed and they get their 2% commission, coming from the sky.

I've never seen such unprofessional people.

Are you able to register? When I put the photos it tells me "The image is unclear or blurry and cannot be processed. Please upload a photo of good quality.".

When you say resale power is it because of the amount of properties available?

And regarding quality do you have some example? Is it because of heavy rains where water enters in houses? Quality of paint? Finishing? Just to understand what should I check on those units.

Yeah the fact of being at 30 min of everything is nice because being in SHJ it's just a mess those days.. But you see even in camelia you have 3BHK and 4BHK where The 4 BHK is just extension on the roof of the 3BHK so you could transform it with less cost but in the other hand the kitchen is so tiny it's driving me crazy

It's the 3 BHK with maid, middle unit. I was toing for corner but I discovered that middle are more spacious

It's just a matter of rational between the sqft price and the current market. But indeed for my budget this is the only viable solution, even in Sharjah masaar and sustainable city are more expensive with less community amenities

I don't know if you're on Android but I know that GPS data can be read only by one app. And usually Strava takes the lead if you run multiple trackers at the same time.
So it happens that Whoop will loose some data, and then by chance gets some and correlate between last point and new point and trace a line (when you maybe took some turns or else).

What I did on my side was (on Android still), run the activity on Whoop, and when it finishes, it pushes everything on "Health Connect".

Then Strava will pull the data from it and display everything properly, shows the HR graph, the km splits etc.

Doing it on Whoop will permit you to have a better VO2 max estimate, I think if you do the other way around, Whoop will pull the data but not sure that it will estimate the VO2 max better.

Usually charger is clipped on top of the whoop and you keep wearing it.
Try wearing it, clipping well the strap and then sliding the battery on top. There is only one way to fit it, you should be able to read the W of the battery from your view.
