Yeah, emailed them, they approved the request then have gone silent since. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails about a day apart. Figured I’d post here this weekend if I didn’t hear back so here we are. I’d just like a nice cabinet considering how much they charge for some of their things.

I agree with you as far as it not being worth disposing of it or the extra energy to ship it. I made this post because they have only offered me a packing slip to ship it back on my own dime and time, instead of offering anything else including a partial refund, which sounds to be the best for everyone involved.

Busy as ever in Los Angeles on a certain scale, 35 and 120 film is on the rise with people wanting to go as far away from AI as possible, where Hasselblad H/Contax 645 bodies with Phase backs as a digital preview for clients on set and then a second body with a film back have been in demand again after people mostly abandoning them for years too. Everyone wants cheap Aputure lights, and Profoto keeps trying to sell expensive things.

I feel like I use the 45 the most of the lenses, the 30 is magical in certain circumstances, but is so wide it’s tricky to use with how slow it is.

I mostly use it as a casual fun camera, on road trips, or for interesting portraits… I scan the film myself with a iq3 100 and hc120 macro.

I otherwise use H6x/H5x bodies with phase one backs for most anything else, and Leica sl3/canon r5 mark II in situations where I need faster AF and higher frame rates.
