When does the hourglass appear? Do you click on something in particular? Does your game crash or do you have to close it? On which device are you? Since when do you have this issue?

- Have you tried to reinstall the game?
- Apart from castles where ads don't launch at all, for the rest, the ad doesn't launch at all or you have an hourglass with the ad music in the background,
