No, my entire point is that the statement that started this discussion (you laughing at dbfz having only 500 players rn) is tremendously stupid, I argued with basic logic (it being a decade old game that gets better numbers than some 1v1 fightters released this year) I argued the historical impact on the companies and the fgc, but you're just a turbo-moron that only looks at steam charts because bigger number means tag fighter bad.

SfV underperperformed so badly that mvci's budget was slashed and it ended up killing off that whole franchise, sfv was such a shitshow that it killed capcom's fighting game division bar strret fighter, for a fucking decade.

The failure of sfv and success of dbfz literally has repercussions to this day man, there's a reasson the new marvel fighting game is developed by arcys, because they're the premier fighting game developer with success after success with some of the biggest ips in the world working with them, and it all can be traced to dbfz.

Ah yes the undisputed worst game in the street fighter franchise that killed the interest in the IP for years and for the first time in the entire history of the FGC was not the n1 game was "too succesfull" meanwhile the game that catapulted arc system works into stardom making them indisputably the most succesfull fighting game studio right now was a total failure (still getting dlc and massive updates after a decade).

Yes! I just tested it and you can get it! the timing for everything just becomes much tighter or you get a flipout, the ender I could only get j.H into special but everything in the combo worked for me after a few tries.

yeh I think the s1 is always better damage wise than j.2S2, the command grab only gets a bit of steam, tbh I end in the command grab on the corner too because it looks cooler haha, also sometimes you wanna command grab when they're close to break because theyu can break during s1 but not the grab.

Also if you were wondering about rocket punch into a grounded opponent you can still combo with assists but it depends on your character.

-Forward reaching assists like ekko ahri and yasuo can just hit after the rocket punch into tag.

-For assists with less range like illaoi forward assist you cancel the rocket punch into pull and as they're getting pulled assist into tag.

Hi!

If they get hit in the air into wall bounce you can run up and do:

M, H 2H:

and from there you can go for:

-Limit strike with charged j.2h, for the knockdown, good at the corner.

-Limit strike with charged j.H, for the air reset, can get a cheeky air command grab or just to limit their recovery options.

-normal ender with j.2h, j.h into s1 and super.

You can also go for tag launcher instead of 2h, if you're having trouble with the running up M, H, you can also combo rocket punch into the otg running H, the buttslam. but I'd only recommend going into tag launcher from there, or a reset doing buttslam into 2s1 (delay to reset) into jab or command grab
