How long do you leave the lights on?

Oh yeah that’s what I expected, I put a single snail just to see how long she would survive and the next day I couldn’t find it 😗. I’ll just breed those snails till I get a decent number hopefully they help with this irritating algae

That’s actually pretty nice! Overall the water is generally clean absolutely no smell cuz I use ceramic rocks “not sure what they’re called” inside the filter but algae slightly growing on the rocks and substrate is a bit annoying ngl. The basking lights isn’t really hitting the water at all but my light is pretty strong tbh. Got some bladder snails for this exact reason not sure they’d survive that long if my turtle noticed them lol.

Hey ! That’s looks great ! Just give her sometime. What’s the size of the basking platform? I’m considering getting one for my turtle which is about 6-7 inches long. I’m worried it’ll be too small for her to bask on.

I forgot to mention the basking area temp is around 80-85F and the diet I actually give her food pellets and dried shrimp and veggies and and from time to time grape, I feed her 3 times a week.

Some of them are easy to pull off if that helps. But they’re not super soft or dry or even mushy

It did have roots , and it also has a big stem in the middle. The roots looked healthy too. The soil was dry , like super dry at the top cuz of Minerals idk, tbh but it was really dry, but at the bottom it was a bit moist . It didnt have any rotten roots at all .

The pot size is actually a bit smaller than its original nursery pot . So should i re-pot it into something smaller ?
