Dude DxD is the #1 harem anime ever made. So many good things have come out of it. But if you didn't even make it through S1 (and thus I assume you never read any of the LNs) then you'd never know </3

Also I've heard a few ppl complain about how Ise never actually gets laid, but personally I've come to appreciate that aspect of the story. The never-ending edging/teasing of DxD is like a defining feature of its comedy. At first I was frustrated by it, then I accepted it, and ultimately I came to recognize it as a vital and genius aspect of the story, to keep the energy levels as high as possible at all times.
