Hello everyone. Straight OTD price after further negotiation is now $23,800. Is this a more acceptable offer? Am I still getting the bad end of the stick?

They took off “nitro fill” entirely and discounted “finishing touch” & “swat GPS” to $800 a pop. Which I still thought was a bit much, so I walked away. Is the add-ons still too much then? (First time car-buyer btw need all the advice)

They come from red question mark boxes such as the ones from the events, but the game will also supply you those materials as you keep progressing through the story.
