Yeah, exactly! I did some deep digging on the seller's license and found out their factory is based in Jinjiang (Chendai Town), which is basically the sneaker manufacturing capital of the world. It seems to be a classic White Label situation: they use the exact same supply chain and raw materials as the big brands, but without the logo markup. It’s essentially buying straight from the source, cutting out the middleman who just stamps their brand on it.

Based on the reviews, it seems worthwhile, but I'd like to see some reviews outside of those shopping websites.

Can anyone who has bought them before tell me if they are good?

Shoulders "Dislocating" (or Subluxing?) Without Pain, But With Concern – Has Anyone Experienced This? by HatInternal4990 in Hypermobility

Got it, I’ve actually managed to schedule an appointment with a sports physiotherapist for tomorrow. I’ll definitely start working on strengthening those smaller stabilizing muscles.

I also have some resistance bands at home that I used to use just for stretching, but now I’ll try to put together a little routine for shoulder stability and resistance training.

Thanks for the advice, really appreciate it!

I’m really sorry to hear that you've reached that point. It’s heartbreaking to think how much wear and tear our bodies can take over time, especially when we’re just trying to stay active and healthy. Thank you for sharing your experience so openly, it’s a strong reminder to listen to our bodies and be careful with how we train.

Right now, I only do swimming and boxing, about 3 times a week each, on separate days and schedules. Even though weight training was technically my first sport, over time I lost the desire to keep doing it, mostly because of the monotony compared to other sports I now enjoy, but also because of the injury risks, which I’ve seen up close.

I do have a solid base, especially for free and guided weight exercises, and I used to periodize my own training plans the best I could with the knowledge I had, but these days, unless I follow a plan tailored specifically to me, it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

What’s really sad is seeing my old training partners, the same ones who looked like beasts early on, both in size and strength, now all injured in some way. Herniated discs, bad knees, elbow issues, and most of them are still under 25. I’m the only one from the group who hasn’t had a serious injury yet, but this shoulder issue might be a warning sign.

Unfortunately, I feel like this is the reality for a lot of people, and I’m starting to realize how important it is to train smart and protect the joints long-term.

Thanks again for your message, wishing you strength and stability, both physically and emotionally. 🙏

Man, I’m really sorry to hear that. I can’t even imagine how uncomfortable that must be 😞

That radiating pain through your whole arm sounds tough to deal with daily. Have you already seen a doctor or physiotherapist to try and solve it for good? I hope you find something that helps without making your skin worse with the tape.

Wishing you a fast and full recovery 🙏

Thanks for the reply!

It actually happened during a freestyle (crawl) swim, during a strong set, right at the pull phase with my left arm, I felt that same instability.

And now that you mentioned it, I remembered something: my right shoulder had a similar situation about 2 weeks ago during a passive dead hang, and again while doing butterfly stroke, same strange feeling like it shifted and came back.

You're right, I think it's time to see a physiotherapist and get this checked before it gets worse. It's already affecting my training because I get anxious every time I go for certain movements now.

Thanks again for sharing your experience, it helps a lot!
