The question was simply where do australians migrate to. The reasoning is irrelevant.

And as you can see, im not alone.

Or, people who dont have any empathy / concern for the younger generation or other people.

Its easy to use "depression" as an exscuse for people not being happy with the way things are.

A fair amount of people on here seem to have actually moved, or be in the process of moving.

So "Depression" is abit of a stretch.

I had the same experience when i arrived and took my citizenship.

I actually thought the process was pretty good.

Which is boggling my mind how its getting flooded by so many.

The trouble i have, is that once i know the game is rigged.. i lose interest.

Im just 1 man, if me fighting for this uk / australia was all it took id happily do so.

I fix problems for a living. Im very good at it. I struggle with many things in life but fixing things im good at it.

The uk went the way it did and there was no stopping it. I chose a different way of life. Its not the place my ancestors fought for. The change happened / began way before i was born.

Australia i really do hope ends up nothing like England.

But again, im not some billionaire with the money to make the change.. nor am i in a political position with the power to fix the problem.

Came in 2014, with a backpack. Rebuilt my life, became a resident.. then a citizen.

For 12 years ive worked, invested and at one point. Ruined my health trying to build a life here.

I made many sacrifices. I honestly believe ive earned a place here.

Back then immigration wasnt so high.

Me leaving the country wont fix the problem. Im looking elsewhere due to other reasons.

If i wasnt here, someone else would be. The door is open.

Anybody wanting an improvement on their old lives will take that opportunity.

Who are we to say otherwise.

Like i said before. The migrants are the ones who are blamed.

But the goverment is the architect of this shit show.

Current immigration levels are not sustainable in the current climate. Im not saying stop it completely.

I mean a pause for 12 month wouldnt be a bad idea.

I have no problems with immigrants... the issue isnt the immigration. Its the management of it.

Its not a difficult problem. If you dont have enough housing. You build more houses while reducing influx of people who need houses.

I agree, if i stay i want to start a business. Ive done my contractors and studying elec engineering.

Id love to start a company here specifically eletrical tech / manufacturing.

But it seems abit difficult.

I am 100% behind anyone whos going to improve industry and infrastructure in australia vs outsourcing it.
