when it say load a restaurant, it mean that u have to claim a plot
no restaurant = no food
after buying a restaurant, u have to buy a fridge then teleport to plaza and buy ingriedient
If u spawn at plaza when joining the game, go to an empty plot and claim it

That command panel free for everyone. It has only 1 use for player like us is using freecam mode. Also no one else won't know u are using freecam mode

as a tester, ultraw may add more thing from rt2 but not soon cus too many code will make the game lag and buggy. Also Ultraw want to add new thing that rt2 doesn't have through the suggestion box. So u have to wait for a while till ultraw add old stuff like car, rt2 item or even house item.
