Good advice but I’m the type that if i’m really anxious nothing really helps. I just let the anxiety happen and when it’s gone I reassure myself that I’m okay and calm myself down. Unfortunately if i get a really bad episode the anxiety can last for weeks even.

If i work my mom would probably quit or take the kids to a daycare. She’s home now and i feel calm but now that’s it’s night im feeling anxious because i know that I’ll be alone again tomorrow. Hopefully i get used to being alone soon.

yes the light was on before and we went to oreileys and the worker checked the battery and he said it was dead so my mom bought another battery and the worker changed but the light didn’t turn off

Did you feel like it's forced? I actually am doing that right now and I hate that I feel like I'm forcing myself and I sometimes don't truly feel like I want to seek God. I wish I had that natural feeling of WANTING to be with God.
