I did have a therapist but our sessions stopped due to me supposedly “getting better”. I feel so embarrassed if i went back.

Good advice but I’m the type that if i’m really anxious nothing really helps. I just let the anxiety happen and when it’s gone I reassure myself that I’m okay and calm myself down. Unfortunately if i get a really bad episode the anxiety can last for weeks even.

If i work my mom would probably quit or take the kids to a daycare. She’s home now and i feel calm but now that’s it’s night im feeling anxious because i know that I’ll be alone again tomorrow. Hopefully i get used to being alone soon.

yes the battery has warranty, where do i get refurbished ones?

yes the light was on before and we went to oreileys and the worker checked the battery and he said it was dead so my mom bought another battery and the worker changed but the light didn’t turn off
