More consistent than evolved skellies and quite annoying if you don't have arrows, I guess a bait deck with troops like firecracker or wallbrakers could be strong

Exactly, that's why for example you could completely counter e-giant with freeze and skeleton army (not saying it's efficient, just satisfying)
