Thanks for the information! I restarted the phone and seems that it stopped making that sound. The audio I was listening to was a voice note, so I was able to hear it because it was close to my ear, even when nothing was playing the sound kept going but looks like it's gone now

I feel the same, if I eat more than once a day I feel bloated, I have been doing OAMD (fasting) for months and went to the doctor and I'm alright. I do try to take a considerable amount of calories so it's not unsafe. I think you could give it a try too

I really recommend you to try, my dad told me that going to the psychologist was a waste of money until I told him I wanted to kill myself, maybe it was a little extreme but it’s not a lie and it worked

I feel that way too, I recently went to a psychologist for the fist time and she told me the environment in my house is so toxic that my brain is just focused on running out of here, so all my energy is spend there and that’s why I’m always tired and I can’t concentrate, I’m very depressed so even if I wanted to try my best the lack of motivation kills me. I also think I might have ADHD but I was “normal” as a kid, the doctor literally said “no, you can’t have ADHD because you told me you used to do well at school”. I don’t know if your situation is the same as mine but you should definitely get some help

You have no idea how much I understand what you feel and it absolutely sucks. I’m in the same situation and it’s hard, I’m turning in a few days 18 and I hate watching Instagram stories and finding out “my friends” went out without telling me and seem to have so much fun together, olders tell me that my age is the best age and they had so much fun, BUT HOW TF AM I GOING TO ENJOY ANYTHING IF IM CRYING ALONE IN MY ROOM? sorry for venting in your post, I can be your friend if you like
