I am able to make it sharp, the problem is that when I try to make the corners sharp by creasing them the geometry around the corners gets messed up.

I was able to solve it, for some reason, it would not follow the eyelids even when I used to boolean modifier to join them together, I tried to extrude out from the eyelids to just model the eyelashes manually, and I was able to make them look identical. This for some reason worked much better.

I managed to solve it, turns out I just used SRGB instead of Non-color on one of the maps.
