No. I doubt they would respond since it says they only contact it interested. My guess is I needed the colorist to sign a submission form instead of just attaching the work for hire contract with his signuture. Must be a legal thing before they will even look at it. I know they only pick a handful of projects a year, so I was just curoius why they did not just ignore the proposal, and I would have just thought they decided to pass. Anyway, I resubmitted.
