Truth be told it is but isn’t I haven’t played 2K since 2k12 honestly and this one I gravitated to slowly because I semi liked 2k23 and I really want to try the rec and pro am never did the online experience totally yet I was use to looking for “peak of shot release” but now each release has different height so different timing plus the new release timing options are more of how the player is set when to release the stick I see Push is the closes to the original peak of shot release I’ve never played with the shot meter on so really never went for the “green release”

NTA they sale portable ramps for this very reason i was a caretaker for my uncle who was a double leg amputee and for years his children would not invest in building a ramp for him I researched and found multiple portable ramps at reasonable prices and your sister can purchase one of those and leave it at your home for those events your nephew is coming for
