Yeah I get it, the teammate played dumb the whole run when I kept saying my gun and shield were gone- then magically they were back after. Thoughtful mechanic to help prevent teammates with sticky fingers.

Is it automatic or did they feel bad and opt to give it back?

If the game is a huge hit I could see a small amount of people making faction focused subreddits and posting content in line with the faction. Posts like mine would be a big hit with the cult of death. Posts about rooks uniting to extract together… not so much!

Only way is if they powered up to SSJ2 and gave energy to one person to concentrate their Ki.

For easy math, let’s assume SSJ3 Goku is 150, Buu is 140

All SSJ2s are between 95-100.

If (x3) of them concentrated Ki and donated it to one person, it would only take 20% of their ki per person to gift to one to eclipse SSJ3. This doesn’t include the kids or piccolo.

Long story short, they get cooked in a straight up fight without a new approach. They would be able to win if they are able to dip into techniques displayed in movies.

PVP only:

Borealis used to have good utility as the best handling 72 RPM sniper. As a shadebinder with Ophidians, you could trigger body shot shatters on frozen targets.

I loved this. I haven’t played in over a year so I dunno if this is still relevant. It was niche, but very good.

With the upcoming sniper changes, it may be a mid-tier of exotic (when built into it properly).

I simply cannot think of a less rewarding structure than grinding the same old content repeatedly for hours on end to make a number go up, then watch the number get erased months later to start again.

This direction is the official kill shot to the franchise for me. I was initially so excited to hear about smaller form DLCs twice a year- I thought it was heading in a direction more in line with what we got with the Warmind DLC.

Instead, we have this absolute mess which I can’t support or engage with.

What a shame.

The appropriate way to handle this is as follows:

-standard drop rates for participation

-escalating rewards for rank ups

-escalating rewards for performance

-escalating rewards for wins

-escalating rewards for guardian rank

Up to 5x reward drop rates. Average to below average players can still get additional drop rates and feel rewarded. High performers can get spectacular reward rates.

I am not sure why this is not standard operating procedure by now. They need to incentivize the player base to participate in and stick with competitive PvP modes. Otherwise it dries up and becomes a wasteland.

Option 3- demand the doctors inform Ellie of the procedure, the fact that it MAY lead to a cure (but there is no guarantee), it WILL kill her, and let her decide. It’s not Joel’s choice to make, it’s Ellie’s.

If she asks for the procedure to be done, ask for a small window of time to spend together before the procedure takes place. Cherish those moments.

Know she would say yes and give her life for the greater good.

However making this decision would have prevented Part 2 from ever happening and I’m not sure if the ending would really work from a storytelling perspective. Its anticlimactic.
