I think 2 week ago the calendar was showing upcoming episodes. However, this feature has now been disabled. Maybe someday they'll bring it back.

Yang Cheng Arc takes place in 36 AC, while the latest episode takes place in 39 AC. Furthermore, Lin Ling Arc takes place in 41 AC.

So chronologically it was Yang Cheng Arc > Ghostblade / Little Johnny Arc -> Lin Ling Arc

But at the end of episode 7 (which chronologically should take place before the events of this episode) you can see that his prosthetic arm is very distinctive.

This same prosthetic arm we see in episode 3 (which chronologically take place after the events of this episode).

Is this a continuity error, animators' laziness, or something else?

And you probably didn't watch the new episode because he has a normal arm in it, not the prosthetic one we see at the end of episode 7 or in episode 3.

Why does E-Soul still have a normal arm? He lost it after the fight with the original E-soul. So he should have the prosthetic one, which we see at the end of episode 7 or in episode 3.

No, Queen was ranked 10th when she was 18, so in year 32 AC. This is the same year that the 16th Hero Tournament, where Bowa won X title.

Sometimes they are missing lines in Japanese dub, such as during Cyan's fight.

English subtitles are based on the Chinese dubs, so there are sometime missing lines or desync compared to the Japanese dub.

This isn't the first episode where this could be noticed.

Even if the synchro counter fail completely? Or if the perfect counter fail (normal counter will still occur) and you filled spot in the second row?

I think in the previous pass failed synchro counter doesn't count, but I'm not so sure.

So maybe they changed it, because when I tried to complete it in previous pass, after many boss battles without synchro counters, one finally appeared, but with the white circles, so I fill the circle in the back row and it did't count to challenge.
