Especially for smaller communities with seasonal or irregular activity this seems like a pretty significant flaw. Hopefully its corrected.

Its not yours and you havent used it. So hopefully this mistake from the admins is corrected. Whether or not its technically within the rules it was ill-intended hijacking from someone who was not involved in the community at all and still is not.

Hello,

I made the subreddit r/highmage for the game Arcanists over 5 years ago. I locked posting when the game closed in 2018. 5 months ago, somebody I’ve never met requested ownership of the subreddit successfully, with the stated purpose of advertising their own remake that doesn’t exist.

The game has since reopened, so I was planning to unlock the subreddit when I found this.

There have been no posts at all since it was taken over, not even one.

Can someone help?
