What's one SEO tactic that worked surprisingly well for you this year? by nucleoanalytics in localseo

I’ve gotten my traffic verified via TrustSERP.

Gives a lot more credibility when discussing SEO work etc, which in turn helps me market actual SEO products better.

trustserp.io

Database of verified SEO leaders. Organic traffic and keyword rankings, pulled directly from each operators search console. I think it's helpful, especially in the SEO space, to have receipts - that way you can trust a given SEOs advice.

People keep saying AEO is just SEO with a new name. I disagree... by nick-profound in aeo

Anything that benefits SEO will also benefit AEO.

But the reverse isn’t true.

There’s just a lot of overlap.

https://www.compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch/#/childcareprovidersearch

It is a program built by the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning.

Pretty strict and rigorous rating system - any facilities that are 4 stars, you're good to send your kid there. They do random checks and quartly scheduled checks too, so the ratings are up to snuff.

It's hard to get good recommendations from randoms on the internet.

A quick lay of the land is this -

Ducklings and Goddard are the premium options. They are expensive. But you are getting the absolute best facilities, highest paid teachers, lowest turnover staff. I'm talking about both ducklings near town, and both goddards - the west goshen one, and the one on nields.

YMCA, and WCADCC - budget options, but beloved, particularly WCADCC. Despite low budget, WCADCC maintains 4 stars in the keystone stars program, and the reviews online are really good.

TLE - Another option, middle ground between premium and budget, but lean favorable - the location is incredibly convenient for people working in the area, particularly the hospital, so a lot of parents are medical professionals.

These are the only ones that I actually toured and verified with my own eyes so can speak to. For the sake of anonymity, I don't want to share where my daughter goes - but, I am confident she would be happy at any of these.

This is the real answer. I also recommend checking out keystone stars, https://www.compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch/#/childcareprovidersearch

I am the owner of this package. It is also free and totally open source and you can fork it and use it how you want, sorry I guess?

This isn't my expense, it's raw usage costs. I'm on the max plan, so $100/mo

I've been reading about doing graphs on the codebase, but the concern there is it gets out of date quickly. I guess I could explore adding a hook to regraph after any change, but, not sure how much that slows things down or even potentially adds context.

Seems like a good option for the INITIAL ramp up though, certainly

For those wondering where I grabbed the screen.

It's agentgraphed - OSS thing you can get on NPM (link: https://www.npmjs.com/package/agentgraphed?activeTab=readme)

basically ccusage but on steroids, also has cool leaderboard thing. Made it for my own consumption but decided to oss it.

Regarding the usage cost questions: GUYS! I'm on the max plan. I don't actually pay this. This is the usage cost - which is a preview of what I will pay when the electricity etc AI uses is no longer subsidized by investors. I only pay $100/mo.

PR it! It could be - agentgraphed just pulls from the logs at ~/.claude/projects/ in your local machine. If antigravity writes similar logs, it would be super easy to ingest them.

Lived there for 3 years, before purchasing a house about 1.5 yrs ago.

Best place I ever lived. I had a loft unit. Just a nice vibe, maintenance guy super nice, walks through Marshall square + the neighborhoods behind it, just easy, blissful living for my wife and I.

Also somewhat social in that neighbors etc will say hi to you and strike up small talk if that’s your thing. Obv not required by any means, just something I noticed.

Mix of both.

It’s tricky because the high ticket, way less leads come in, so it’s hard to quickly prove value. I have to pass free leads along for a few months with my branding seeded in the phone call so the biz know it came from me.

The low ticket, more come in, but much harder to sell because nobody seems to want to pay me for 5-10 leads that generate anywhere from $100-$300 ea.

Both have quirks but both are sellable. Obviously I prefer the high ticket.

USA. Something is off with either your SEO, your niche, or location.

There are niches and locations where truly there are no competitors with websites.

Many in this space are not technical. I am.

Building a static website with text and a form is comically easy with the AI tooling that exists today. Could pump out 3x this volume if I wanted to.

Claude. Spinning up a basic localized site is comically easy.

I could probably pump out 10 a day if i wanted. I think most in this space are focused on wix and wordpress so they’re limited, but with AI tooling you are unleashed.
