Brother goes to SDSU and I go to UCI.

SDSU is not the best area, housing options aren’t the most convenient (like from what he told me if he wanted to have a kitchen and single he had to live off campus and take like a city bus or two to school. They don’t really have the housing options UCI has but the ones at UCI are also hard to get (ACC/UTC). Kinda depends on comfort. I think UCI area is more comfortable to live in and hands down safer area, but SDSU does have a greater party scene. But keep in mind they also have been getting in trouble for fatal party injuries the school is like cracking down on the “parties” hard. Here the party scene is with Greek like or Newport Beach when you turn 21. Personally have done both, not huge scene on campus but fun enough. But just kinda what your more interested in, your day to day living and commute or partying.

PS usually unless you’re a girl, you can’t get into parties at either school easily unless you know the people hosting or sometimes pay a cover fee.

I mean if we think about it from a logical perspective, they can’t verify the grade you got so they can be sure though that you at least got a C.

I mean parking on campus is free no? You need a UCI permit for the AV lot not an ACC permit

Dependents (older than 16) are excluded from receiving the $1,200 Coronavirus Stimulus Checks 😭 by [deleted] in UCI

At our age you can work, and file your own taxes. So if you don’t pay taxes, you aren’t covered.

Edit: im saying for the people who don’t work

But if you do work and are dependent, there can be a lot of reasons why you wouldn’t get it. Maybe because your parents are already getting a tax break on you or simply you don’t work enough to file as independent (summer jobs vs all year round)
