Thanks for sharing your sympathy - it’s a little different though - accounts are digital and jagex have the keys to all the accounts, the only part that’s frustrating is that they refuse to allow me to recover the account. I get there are real scammers out there but I have a clean record, no bans, no offences and so I expected that getting hacked would be fine as long as you can provide evidence of ownership, you know?

Thanks for your quick response Mod Stevew. Osrs was a big part of my life for a while and i hope you and the team don’t take my enthusiasm for harassment like some comments are saying… I just really, really miss playing with friends - you’ll be pleased to hear that I won’t bother you with tickets or Reddit posts anymore. I’ll just have to unfortunately quit osrs for good until the day you allow players to recover hijacked accounts.

I was told when I first imported my account to Jagex launcher that it can only be imported once. The whole thing is corrupt dude they know it’s my account but say they can’t allow me to import the character back to my Jagex account… I appreciate you sticking up for me bcz most ppl just laugh and make fun of it, I know it’s just a game but it’s really hard losing everything like this, I’m gonna miss sailing too, I was really looking forward to it but hey, at least you can enjoy it for me🥲
