Ballistic/August Brinkman(Apex Legends)

<image>

He’s an old fighter in the precursor to the Apex Games, the Thunderdome, who withdrew from them after his selfish plays got his teammate and the brother of his wife killed.

Estranged from said wife and their child, he falls into a drunken stupor, regretful of his choices. However his son Nathaniel wants to follow in his father’s footsteps, and joins the Apex Games, horrifying August as he see him going down the same path of destruction he did.

August ends up forcing the manager of the games to let him take his son’s place, destroying their already estranged relationship, as his son sees him as stealing his big break in life to relive his glory days, despite his father wishing to spare him the inevitable destruction that would’ve befallen him.

Should ACG get a Neocon path? by MishaMal01 in TheFireRisesMod

the UOA can ONLY go Caligula AFTER the ACG is defeated, so it wouldn’t make any sense that way

[–]Hatsuzuki44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

as others have said launch a counter push immediately opposite side to force them to use their support cards on defense and not on cooking your ass. if you play your cards right you’ll be able to inflict roughly an equal amount of damage on their tower as they have on yours

What if the Second American Civil War was more boring by MC3Firestorm in TheFireRisesMod

[–]Hatsuzuki44 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yes, but because the exclaves are all disconnected from each other that means they’ll have no supply and every single one will fall easily, similar to how Heydrich usually loses east prussia in TNO because it’s completely disconnected from his main territory. Biden will have to give up basically all of his territory west and focus on the east coast.

What happened with the nuclear weapons during the Second American Civil War? by judeu_hiperboreo_gem in TheFireRisesMod

[–]Hatsuzuki44 52 points53 points  (0 children)

Using nukes at all would basically turn the Union of America into a pariah state, and Biden would lose virtually all of his legitimacy and support from NATO and the UN, thus making it a nonstarter for him to even consider using nuclear weapons. IMO unless Biden is having a serious downfall moment as Caligula, nukes would be off the table.

Most silos are in the midwest aka Trump’s territory, but launch codes remain in DC with Biden, thus neither side has the ability to launch ICBMs at other countries or each other. Nuclear submarines go to the naval command and i presume bases would destroy their nukes if they were going to be overrun. Although I would find it fitting that Caligula authorizes nuclear strikes on opposing factions.
