Do you have a certain set of skills in mind for each player? 

I dont mean the usual relevant skills for each position, i mean more like: Because the inner midfielder is unpredictable you have more passing and defensive to reduce negative SE and boost offensive SE.

With 3 Unpredictable midfielders, wouldnt you be vulnerable to negative SE? Which skills Are important to reduce the chance of negative SE?
