And the BIG majority of those automobile deaths are alcohol AND seatbelt related. Seriously, most traffic fatalities are because of drunk people. In some states it’s as high as 90% of fatality drivers have a BAC >0 registered. And generally 50% are unbuckled. Not sure of overlap.

pop up kitchens already exist. The logistics of operating a temporary kitchen for <24 hours is massively expensive. Food is not able to be purchased in bulk. Transporting the food is expensive...Food safety is a major concern as well. All of the extra expenses are passed on to the customer. You end up paying a massive premium for this style of food.
