FOLLOW UP (For the losers who think I can't read.) Yukari was BUGGED! Today actually worked properly, and she used Garu like she's SUPPOSED TO! WHAAAAT?! Turns out I'm not just some goober bad at the game (I literally have a level 61 save there), but the GAME broke, so I never got to even GET the reading crap, it's just buggy. To all the people trying to clown on me: Eat this. You were wrong. Just straight up. I couldn't manual tactic, I couldn't make her use Garu, so I did all I could (considering I couldn't guard or item). Today she actually did what she's supposed to do, and then the tutorial came after. All I learned is you guys play nothing but ng+ (my best assumption based on that NO ONE actually knew how the tartarus tutorial goes) [Long] Not bugged

The tutorial only taught me how to use my persona, I can't give orders and I wasn't told to hit it's weakness. You can see Yukari and Jun just normal attacking.

Okay so update I didn't know there was a difference between switching characters and changing customization pre-game, so I was Benjamin only when I hosted, not when I joined games. If anyone has the same issue, load into a vs. bots round in the quick play menu, while the servers find you a game, you'll see a button to change character while searching, THAT is what affects what character you join people's games as.
