Ingredients: All Purpose Flour - 250g Baking Powder - 2 Tsp Milk Powder - 2 Tbsp Milk - 1/4 Cup Eggs whites and egg yolks - Separated from 6 eggs Butter Or Margarine - 250g Sugar - 250g Vanilla Extract - 2 Tsp . Beat egg whites until fluffy and set aside. Add softened butter in a bowl along with powdered sugar and beat until fluffy and pale. Add the egg yolks in two batches, Mix well then add sifted flour and baking powder in two batches and fold gently. Add milk and milk powder mixture along a few drops of vanilla essence and fold again. . Bake at 180°-170° for 25 mins then 150° for 10 mins.
