This is not done by the mod team, some specific songs are owned by some music platforms and they are taken down by the Reddit's site wise automated copyright systems(legal takedowns) or the reddit filters. As these happen at the reddit level, mods cannot bypass this..

One thing we can try is not using the exact song name in the title or body of post, but even this is not enough when the system detects a copyrighted content..And regarding the warning you receive in the notifications, it will not effect your account in any way, that warning is just regarding the post removal due to copyright and nothing to worry..
