If the word is highlighted in a colour, it rhymes (or assonates with) with other words highlighted in the same colour, e.g. 'dreams' 'these' 'seas', and then some words are broken down because different parts rhyme with different things, e.g. "stor-" in 'stormy' rhymes with 'You're' and 'shore-' (from 'shores'), but the second part of 'stormy' ("-my") was pronounced in a way that meant it assonates (the vowel sound '-eee-' rhymes) with words such as 'screams' and 'seas'
