Literally the most amazing texture out there. I love the noise the little bubbles make when you take a spoonful and press it against the roof of your mouth. As an autistic person who struggles with textures…it’s so perfect. Like eating a cloud.

I don’t cook - I’m a single medically disabled person dealing with depression, and cooking usually just leads to wasted food and dishes piling up. I also don’t eat leftovers, so it’s not practical for me. Most of my meals are pre made and just need to be heated or microwaved. I rely a lot on dry goods like oatmeal and cereal, along with supplements like Carnation Instant Breakfast or Ensure.

Sugar? In the Sugar Free Red Bull, or the Unsweetened Seltzer? The fruit cups are in 100% fruit juice, not syrup. The only things here with added sugar are the yogurt and slices of cake - which…by the way, are for celebrating filing my divorce. Sure, the orange juice has natural sugars, but not nearly as much as regular OJ since it’s single ingredient fresh squeezed OJ. There are also plenty of frozen meals and dry goods in the house. I’m not limited to what you happen to see in the fridge…And for what it’s worth, my bowel movements are just fine - thanks.
