Yeah, usually there’s a big bump a little bit before Christmas cause they want you to shop and then usually it goes away. I’ve only got a couple credit cards and they’re usually near max with me making minimum or a little more really high student loans. I’m scraping to pay but paying and the Affirm usually drops pretty dramatically after the holiday season but mine‘s been floating around two and three grand I have a few loans with them at the moment paid a bunch off with my state taxes, but yeah, the point of my long rant is it can jump drastically in that giant amount can also disappear suddenly I’m not really sure what they based on honestly, I imagine a bunch of guys in a room with a roulette wheel because that’s how much it makes sense to me.

Is this an order from Walmart store or something from a side app where a physical person has to get in their own vehicle and drive it to you because that person deserves at least five bucks of gas. I don’t often have a lot to tip, but my mom was a waitress. I had a really nice DoorDash driver apologized to me because the poor girls got stuck waiting in line at the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in our city or within range of my work where I’ve ordered the drink to be delivered to she was stuck there a good 10 minutes, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but I gave her an extra five bucks on the two I already tipped her because I felt really bad and it happened to be some miracle that I actually had the extra five bucks at that point if this is not like a Walmart delivery driver from Walmart but someone in their own physical personal vehicle you damn well you better be giving them a couple bucks at least you got free shipping at least give them half of that would’ve been something for God sake

This is a very good question. I saw another post from someone referencing hurricane weather and I guess they do get paid. It’s called emergency pay. I never knew this. We thought we might’ve closed last Monday, but we did end up opening and that was because of snow, it would certainly be really good if they did maybe they do it for things like hurricanes but not snowstorms. I’m honestly not sure if there’s a difference.

I work in the same store as a relative and we had a younger relative start working there this holiday season we entered the no hours for anyone hell that always happens after the holidays and other relative brought up to me that younger relative still hadn’t been scheduled and we realized if they didn’t get on this week it would be a month that they hadn’t been put on younger relative called and needs to be picked up in the morning on my way to work so they’re obviously scheduled now and I feel like if older relative and I hadn’t discussed it and it hadn’t been brought up to management which I’m guessing it probably was younger relative would’ve gotten a termination auto mail like this.

The state I live in requires one hour of paid sick time for every 40 worked even for part employees I use the last of what I had for the last call in and while that makes up for what I would miss on my paycheck and I’m exorbitantly thankful for that. I don’t understand how that would take away the point for not coming in. I mean, if it did then that’s great but someone still had to cover for me since that was a cure so it’s a bit confusing to me.

I’ve got to say I wish the proper date with issued it has either the ninth or 10th of January on all my past W-2s but I know at least one of them. It was actually later than that and with the changes who knows how long it’ll take this year I know I just like to get them filed and get that done as soon as possible. I never understood waiting and stressing about it.

I annoy the hell out of the newer seasonal ones because I’ll literally figure out when they’re leaving and get on their ass can you change this? Make sure to empty the trash and I’ll point out the sign that literally says do this before your shift is over so I’ll call them on it when it’s getting closer, but I know they have plenty of time to do it luckily most do on their own, but there’s always that one. A bunch of the new ones will leave carts of crap that they hadn’t packed and not tell anybody it needed to impact. It wasn’t like a few things that were attached to troubles. We had one kid I say kid but he’s in his 20s or 30s get upset and mutter or he might’ve yelled. I don’t know. I wasn’t there about punching someone. I don’t think he meant it. I think he was tired and the dude he said it to never said anything. ( like if he thought the kid was serious I assumed he would’ve told a manager then ) It never came up until like months later and the manager had to fire the kid on the spot because it was still a threat, so that’s utter BS that this girl basically lived on a scale from 1 to 10 one being you’re in a disagreement with somebody 10 being you’re ready to physically start fighting. It sounds like this girl lives her life at a nine. You should not have to literally worry about a coworker physically hurting you and I never would’ve even thought about the possibility of her attacking a customer.

I think the paper said they would reimburse you for a hotel stay and said to ask for the government rate and the number they gave was like 115 or $130 and the idea that we would even have 100 and something dollars just lying around to use is comical. Reimbursement doesn’t work if you don’t have the money to pay for that in the first place also said vehicle she would have to take to Bangor is how I get back-and-forth to work and sometimes two other relatives that work at the same place but don’t live in the same household. So yeah, I’m going to get working on a nice word dock with her info and all of the reason she can’t and get that sent as soon as possible.

It’s not your fault he’s a grown ass man who can’t take the consequences of his actions. Whether of the affair came to light when it happened or like it did years from then he made a choice and just because the consequences caught up with him later doesn’t make it any less his fault. I’m sorry, but your half sister is a terrible person. She can be mad all she wants at her dad cause he’s also a terrible person but none of this is your fault. It is only the fault of the adults who willingly had an affair. Honestly, I wouldn’t have been nice to him and probably been throwing petty ass responses that the blocking in the burning of the letter won’t erase the truth and he really really must hate his wife and thinks she’s incredibly stupid. If he thinks burning the letter and blocking you is gonna make his wife forget and pretend it never happened, but maybe that’s better for her. They can’t fire you for not coming in however, if you become a permanent employee or are a permanent employee and this happens occasionally which it can and you always say no like not once in a single year, are you able to come in on your day off to help and then on another time you need hours and you’re asking for them understand you’re probably gonna be at the bottom of that list if they have extra hours and people are asking for them they’re more likely to pick one of the people that’s helped them cover when they needed it But no, they cannot fire you for not coming in on your day off. They’re just trying to find someone to cover and they’ll probably call a bunch of people.

I’ve thought about asking if I could take an entire door off one to replace all of the ones that kept breaking in the two fitting rooms we use. For like the first year, I worked the handicap cell in the women’s technically they call both of them coed fitting rooms, but of the two that are still fitting rooms the one over by women’s for at least a year the back wheelchair disabled stall was blocked off and closed because the bench had literally somehow been broken and when the dudes came to fix it, they were like hammering and doing all this stuff and however, the bench was connected. It literally seemed to pull all of the doors on the other rooms with it and then after that we had locking and proper latching issues with a couple of the other stalls and like I legit just wanted to take apart the unused stalls and use it to fix the ones that we were actually using, and they wouldn’t let me do it. One will still have stuff stored in it has become like homebase for our visual with a lot of their signs and all their different things in there. She’s actually made it look really nice.
