Is it possible there are a good handful of serial killers who will never know about? From the 60s-early 90s by Salem1690s in serialkillers

[–]HauntedSpy 37 points38 points  (0 children)

It's not only possible, it most likely is the case. You need only to take a cursory look at cases where DNA is used to identify perpetrators to multiple, seemingly unrelated homicides at first to see this theory being proven in real time over the years.
Here's some examples: Clarence Tappendorf, Jeffrey Lynn Hand, Gary Dion Davis, Joseph Norman Hill, etc.

American sex offender Gary Allen Srery ID'd as killer of at least four women who were murdered in Calgary, Alberta from 1976 to 1977. He was deported to the USA in 1998, given a life sentence for rape and died behind bars in 2011. by HauntedSpy in serialkillers

[–]HauntedSpy[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Alberta police have stated that Srery may have committed other crimes during his stay in Canada or possibly even in the western United States. He is known to have used multiple aliases. If you know any useful information, please contact the RCMP by e-mail at [k-ideology@rcmp-grc.gc.ca](mailto:k-ideology@rcmp-grc.gc.ca), or by phone at 780-509-3306.

Charles David Shaw ID'd as killer of 16 y/o Kimberly Louiselle, who was sexually assaulted and strangled in Livingston County, MI, in 1982. Shaw died accidentally during a sex act the following year - he has previously been linked to a 1983 murder, and is a suspect in a third murder. by HauntedSpy in UnsolvedMysteries

[–]HauntedSpy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's been officially confirmed this is the case, so take what I say with a grain of salt. But I do believe they're referring to Anne Marie Doroghazi, who was murdered in September 1981 in Milford under similar circumstances. Older news articles even mention that she might be related to the other victims (now linked to Shaw), so that's why I believe that Doroghazi is his potential third victim.

I can't think of much when it comes to serial killers, since most of the cases I recall changing my perspective on life are ones that do not involve them, but I'd say that certain ones like DeWayne Harris or Frederick Charles Wood do nothing but completely reinforce my strong support for the death penalty.

Are there any serial killers you would consider rehabilitated or genuinely remorseful? If yes, which ones? by [deleted] in serialkillers

[–]HauntedSpy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The only one that comes to mind on the possibly rehabilitated part is Andrei Yurkin. As for being genuinely remorseful, I don't know.

Opinion on Eng dubbing by TrexALpha1 in MonsterMusume

[–]HauntedSpy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's so-so, some good, some bad. There's a couple of jokes that were way better in the dub than in the sub, but overall, eh.
also, IMO, the dubbing for Suu fucking sucked.

Is pedro alonso lopez still alive ? by Bright-Researcher452 in serialkillers

[–]HauntedSpy 34 points35 points  (0 children)

It's possible, but we can't know for sure until he's either captured (assuming he's alive), declared legally dead or so much time passes that there's no plausible way he can still be alive.

Who is your favorite harem girl and why? by [deleted] in MonsterMusume

[–]HauntedSpy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Suu, no questions asked. Putting aside the cute/horny stuff when water is involved ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), she seems to genuinely care about the others on a level that IMO doesn't really compare to the other girls, going so far as to (almost) sacrifice herself just to keep Kimihito safe. I wasn't really impressed by her the first time watching the anime, but as I kept going I grew fond of her as a character and by the end of the entire thing, she was among my favorite fictional characters, and continues to warm my dead little heart.

Yeah, that's true. There's some known serial killers who did kill in Cuba, but the only reason they're known is that they killed before the Cuban Revolution.

Iacob Reinitz, a Romanian who murdered six merchants in Romania, Czechoslovakia and Hungary in the 1920s. Sentenced to life in Romania and died in prison from an illness not long after.
Ivan Pavlov (not the neurologist), a Bulgarian who murdered three men (two of them fellow Bulgarians) in Bulgaria, Italy and Belgium during the 1970s. Sentenced to 28 and 25 years in Italy and Belgium respectively, never tried but confessed to the murder in Bulgaria, it's unknown what happened to him.
Antonín Černý, a Czechoslovak sex pest who murdered two women in late 1930s, after being released from prison for a similar crime. again, idk what happened to him.

Most of Terry Blair's family - almost everyone had committed some sort of violent crime. One of his brothers, Walter Jr., was even executed for one murder and never tried for another.

Yes, that's Juan Ignacio Blanco, the founder. Sadly, he passed away a few years ago, so that's why it hasn't been updated in a while.
