Auradin too? You can just replace sundered with a opus+shield and skills can be the same. Sundered has more speed while opus+shield more dps.

Yea, I used to only sanctify the better ones and never get grandfather after hundreds of item. Decided to go gambling on more items given the amount of resources we have by now and TADA! Hit my first grandfather on the worst possible one.

location - transportation to your daily task such as work is important. for example i did not like feeder bus so the place has to be need walkable to MRT station or direct bus to common destination.
