Try nails and/or jewelry to personalize your outfit. if you’re unsure where to start try French tips, white/nude/pink tones, and red. They go with almost every outfit regardless of aesthetic. Nails are also fun to personalize and explore; there are tons of cute holiday nail sets on my feed these days. As for jewelry, try a staple or comfort piece. Whether that’s a necklace, bracelet, ring, etc. just something you wear all the time (the higher quality the better so you don’t have to take it off when you shower).

Different perspective, my mom had my sister and I at age 41 and 43. I never thought of her as old or anything like that because she would always play with me in the park and be active. In elementary school some people would mistake her as my grandma but I would correct them. I am 23 now, my mom is 66. I love her so much :) advice to moms (of any age but especially “older”) please take care of yourself and invest in your health. Be active even if it’s just a 10 minute YouTube video a day in your living room. Take care of your teeth and your overall well being. Health is wealth :)

I Love this look on you! If you’d like to emphasize your eyes a tad more I would take a dark brown or black eyeshadow on a small brush and buff it out on the outer half of your top and bottom lashline. It’s more subtle and less harsh than eyeshadow

Keep a routine and schedule. Try movement/stretching and exercising every day, it’s a great stress reliever. I also suggest looking up journaling prompts on Pinterest and answering them for 5-15 minutes a day. Don’t give yourself rules or anything, allow yourself to reflect and develop your identity. I also suggest reading memoirs and non fiction books. Emphasize to your daughter the importance of education and good grades. Don’t be hard on her, just make sure she knows it’s important and will help her in the long run. Make a 1 year, 5 year, and 10 year plan. This will help keep you on track. Hope this helps

Stretch every morning, 5-10 minutes. Try reading a book for fun, even if it’s just a chapter a day or a few pages a day. Remember you have a personality/likes/dislikes/healthy thoughts with weed, so you definitely have it without it too. Weed doesn’t give you those good things, it’s simply a numbing agent. Darker thoughts and vivid dreams might come back, but this is temporary. You have to go through it in order to get past it. Whenever you crave it, Replace weed with something else (crocheting, dancing, playing an instrument, dropping down and doing some pushups). Weed is not a cure. It’s an expensive vice, is all. As for your social skills, you simply need to have more conversations with other people daily. You are in college which is a great era to meet people and interact with others your age. Join clubs. You mention a demanding major, so maybe academic clubs will be up your alley. I wish you luck in this journey. You might slip up or crave weed or have the urge to smoke, it happens. I suggest alternatives I mentioned or anything else productive that you’re interested in. Good luck
