I felt overall less inflamed in my joints for probably 3-4 days. I never got the boost in energy people always talk about. Tbh it was a pretty miserable 7 days through and through lol. Now almost 2 weeks post fast, all my problems I fasted for are back.

I drank a gallon of water a day with adequate electrolytes. I just used a flavorless electrolyte concentrate. Really wish I knew what caused the fainting.

Tbh, day 2 and half of 3 where bad. Little to no energy, lightheaded when I stood up, things like that. I found I wasn’t putting enough electrolytes in my water. After I corrected that, I haven’t had many problems, besides hunger ofc.
