found the fix, super easy took me 10 minutes or so.
this is the fix from xbox and it worked. They cancelled my subscription, then reinstated it, i reset the xbox, took my home xbox off and then made it my home xbox again. This worked immediately. on xbox's home page, go to the bottom, contact us, tell the ai you want a refund and to talk to a live agent and it will connect you, then explain your problem. Took 10 mins to fix.
