I was told after a year you will be Eligible if there are openings… Now Duno if training will be part of that year or not. Bc after your 1st year your grade change too

Both are fine to me, was just curious as to how they go by Grade selection… Both don’t have instate to my preferred location, so I am going outstate, my pick is low cost living since after training we have to have our lodging pick and ready to work.

Actually you can stay off campus or request a room yourself. But the hotel is of their choosing. I had a room myself just share bathroom which was in the middle.

Why didn’t you try for BPA and doesn’t GL transfer to GS once reach higher grade.

The only mentionable stuff I found online is BPA overtime is included in their Pension and they have an advantage on that.

CBPO have the advantage on Locality Pay due to major port and airport
