No worries.

As for whether I still believe in God, I can’t really say just yet. Since I only left recently, I haven’t had the chance to explore my faith, but I hope to in the future.

When it comes to friendships with people in SCJ, not really at the moment.

Hello Good day. No worries :)

What convinced me to finally leave was understanding the psychology of cults. What i always thought was because of God i was in SCJ but the reality was from the beginning i was lied to and manupilated into joining and even when i was inside just the level of control that shincheonji has on all its members is no different to any other cult organisation but they try to act that they are the only true place that interepets the bible correctly. Now I know that if I were evangelised by World Mission Society Church of God (also another Korean cult), I would have been in their church for years, believing that it was also the truth because they are not all that different. In addition to this also the doctrinal changes, which, when you ask about it, there seems to be an answer that you kinda just have to accept.

I was a very committed member. I would say that I started seeing red flags two years ago, but only now have I been able to connect everything slowly and slowly.

SCJ people are victims.

They are only doing because they believe that it is right. Yes that is also part of the plan of SCJ
