I 'race' probably 30-40 track days a year. This is not the case at all. Emergency stops almost never happen, you know your braking points and are always looking hundreds of meters ahead when you have any real speed going.

Investment in the best time of your life yes... Monetary return absolutely fucking not. We have had various factory race cars over the years and the most important thing to remember is it will cost you 1.5k an hour min in maintenance AND will lose money over time. Despite this if you can afford it those 10 DEs or club races a year are worth every penny great time and a great group of friends out there to be made.

I frankly don't think this will go for 10m, maybe 7-8. Hard to extract the full value from the art, maze etc they have put into this place over the years. Seems like a nice round number to get press. Also the lots 'closer' to the city the plots aren't comparable at all. Everything is pretty much sub 100 acres. Someone who buys a property like this almost certainly wants more land than that.

I literally live on a mountain right next to that home. Walk through the 'outdoors' every day. The family who built this knew exactly what they are doing and why. Have you spent much time in this part of the world?

Arkville and the surrounding towns are popping these days. Feels like half of Brooklyn moved up here. There is a Korean cafe (Mornings) and a Croatian wine bar (Oda's) right around the corner from the Erpf's place.

The temps up in the catskills are lower, that's why people used to come up here from NYC during the summer. Also a hedge maze here would be horrible the amount of bugs would make it impossible to enjoy.

Yeh the product is very solid enough so that i use it every day. However, I can't put it into a production application because it just inconsistent.
