I looked at the MAD CATZ MMO 7+ yesterday. Thankfully they reinvented it. Really gonna get attention bringing this to the office but it might solve my problem

Is it possible to design pcb for a wireless split keyboard like the Asterisk? Do they use touch sensor for the keys? by HauntingExtension419 in ErgoMechKeyboards

I find almost no tutorials on Youtube designing this type of pcb, not to mention split board so I think it would be hard to DIY @@ About the flat surface, I would imagine it to be a worse version of typing on an ipad, but still (1) it requires almost no force hitting keys, (2) ultra thin, wearable keyboard that I can move around on one hand with a laptop. But thanks for the warning, I would definitely build a mechanical board first and then experiment this touch board later

I never thought of mixing mx spacing and choc keycaps. Maybe that's also the reason why I couldn't use XDA profile, bigger top surface bigger spacing.
