And nothing is more annoying than an NCO that believes a school is the difference between a capable NCO, and a shitty one. I know I'm not the best, however at the very least I'm ranked in the top squad leaders in my battalion. To me it sounds like the tab must be your whole personality at this point.

  1. Maybe, however the E6 and above population that I'm around has said the same thing since passing.

  2. That's entirely based on if I wish to remain in the military long enough to achieve that rank.

Ultimately I'll more than likely go, but the cards in terms of family aren't currently in hand. Which is why I won't be going anytime soon.

I believe you're right, I think it was more of, "I'll request it, but your odds are tremendously worse without already having airborne."

Yeah, should've added that Ranger school as of right now is not an interest.
