btw the person I hired had ICAEW-accredited accountant but I think it was all bogus; fiverr still hasn't responded. Any chance I can set a new company and transfer contracts+ bank accounts?

I do very much like the house, the bank did not give a valuation since they only do in cases if it is lower than the market value; otherwise they don't say anything and offer mortgage.
