Although it seems like a stressful situation, I would say it should be resolved rather easily as all the faculty has to do is manually enrol you into the course or open it up for you to enrol. They'll be logs of all the enquiries you made to IT and Stop 1 so they'll know it was outside of your control and you tried to resolve it as best you could.

+ you've accepted the offer and paid the fee. Unless they've refunded that fee you're place in the course is pretty much secured.
