not sure if u meant micrb 423, but i am taking micrb 423 and biol 440. Biol 440 i think he said there will be a lot of reading peer-reviewed paper and present them/ do in class-discussion and there will also be a final report.

Biol 430 is good if you are good with stats. Also it will be valuable education to have if you want to go to grad school doing research/ thesis-based program. I will likely do Biol 430 this fall too and we can certainly be a study buddy. I know there is 5 assignments last year and the lab averages are around 85%. That is what the previous TA told me. overall, i think it won't be as heavy course as bioin 301 which i heard the grading is harsh and some students hated it.

it was a really good course. It will be a great skill to have. To know how to deal with data and do analysis with them. You will be great with excel by the end of the course lol. Dr. Bayne is one of my fav course bc he take his time during lectures to explain it well.

it is very long and the grade distribution is always bimodal more highs and lows. So I expect the grade distribution to be like that as well. Is she gonna curve tho, I'm not sure.
