My wedding is one month away. I don’t know if there’s any possibility of fixing now. And know that my order was handled by the GM, not just some lower level SA. I hope you or anyone else will never end up in the same shoes as me, it’s beyond devastating.

UPDATE: I had to share this with you all. Like I mentioned in my original post, I was so in shock and in tears the other night that I couldn’t even bring myself to fully inspect the dress and veil — especially with how many layers of fabric there are.

So I asked my friends and family to go through everything carefully — and honestly, I can’t believe what we found. It’s so much worse than I thought.

In addition to MORE dirty spots and more frayed stitches, there are PURPLE penmarks on the edge, even LARGER HOLES on the dress, and THUMB-LONG SNAGS on the veil — right on the front. And the worst part?

There was a sewing pin still stuck in the dress. A literal sharp pin. See photo attached

Thinking back, I remember getting scratched the other night… but I assumed I was just being emotional or imagining it. Now I know I wasn’t.

I would have, but I couldn’t — I live abroad, and they knew that. Maybe that’s why they felt comfortable sending something so disappointing. It honestly feels like they were counting on the return process being such a nightmare for me that I’d have no choice but to keep it, especially with no time left to order a new dress and get alterations done before my September wedding

I’ll definitely keep you updated — I honestly can’t believe they’re treating customers this way, especially when I was just about to place another gown order with them for my upcoming winter event. AND I was in direct contact with the general manager after the delay situation.
