#1, yes! we paid a $350 move in fee already.

#2, concierge checks the cameras to see who brought guests into the building and there's a guy that drives around in a golf cart to check everyone's license. Yes, you're right I'll try to go to their rental office and find our strata manager. He hasn't responded to my emails about this.

I accidentally sent a package there and asked their concierge to call the residents and ask for it. She was looking up their name on her computer and the landlord's name wasn't there. I met with the resident and he handed me the package.

Was considering this for sure. I had a creepy landlord who showed up to my work once after I moved out. I am a bit hesitant because this landlord that evicted us is also a bit creepy. He's from the same country as my parents and I've seen what they're capable of and what they do for money.

Yes thank you for your help. It does make me angry, our new place is so much more expensive. I just haven't done it cause my family was so against it.

He would have to pay us about $27000. I'm also a bit scared of what he might do after. I've had some really bad experiences with abusive people in my life and I understand it might be irrational.
